To be considered for admission follow the steps below. Completed admission files will be processed in 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) . 如果承认, you will receive an e-邮件 with a copy of your I-20 form along with an acceptance letter. 的I-20, also called cetificate of eligibility, is the form that allows you to apply for F-1 student visa  在美国.S. embassy or consulate abroad. STEP 1: APPLICATION

STEP 2: ENGLISH PROFICIENCY 

学生 must be able to read, write and speak 英语 at a level necessary to actively pursue an academic program. 英语 proficiency can be demonstrated by either taking a language proficiency test, completing the minimum level at a partner language program or by transferring a U.S. college equivalent course.

* Language proficiency documentation 只有 applies if 英语 is not your primary language

** Transcripts from a U.S. university/college showing completion of college level 英语 (equivalent to 英语 2 at Butte College), with a grade of C or higher, may meet the Butte College 英语 proficiency admission requirement. Please submit a copy of your  transcript for official evaluation.

STEP 3: FINANCIAL GUARANTEE & CURRENT BANK STATEMENT

Foreign students must present evidence of financial solvency. Fill out the Financial Guarantee Form below and submit it along with a 银行 statement (current within 3 months).

 STEP 4: HEALTH STATEMENT

Butte College requires international students, applying from out of the U.S. 只有, to be free from Tuberculosis (TB). Submit your health statement or proof of BCG Vaccine.

 STEP 5: TRANSCRIPTS & 其他文件 ( For 转移 and under 18 students 只有)

转移: 学生 transferring from a U.S. school should submit the copies of the following:

a)非官方的;.S. transcript for admission purposes.

b)当前的I-20.

c)签证 & 护照.

18岁以下 : 学生 below the age of 18 ( whom will turn 18 during their first year at Butte College) are required to submit the following: 

a)  unofficial transcripts in 英语 to verify the completion of secondary level/ high school education.
